This was, by far, the most exceptional experience I have had hiring a van. Sunny was cheerful, wonderful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Needed a van at short notice, and he was more than happy to accommodate. Gave me a great rate right off the bat, and a very convenient pick-up location for the vehicle. The van itself was immaculately clean and he obviously looks after his fleet. It was easily the best rental van I have driven, felt like I was driving a new one! I could not speak highly enough of the entire interaction with the company and the service they provide. The only reason I gave 5 stars was there was no option to give more! Thankyou Sunny and Harriet Transport, you have made at least one part of my move hassle and stress free. Could not recommend more. I will be back for certain. Harriet Transport 🌟

It was originally a pretty good experience with Sonny UNTIL we left the country. He took advantage of us and kept the ENTIRE down payment of $200 that we left upfront. We drove it for a couple of weeks, and I cleaned it out several times. However, after we had left the country, he said that he would keep all the deposit because the vehicle was so dirty and disgusting. Mind you-he NEVER once mentioned this when he dropped us off at the airport. He never provided pictures, but he only said that it costs nearly $200 to clean the vehicle-and he did it with NO receipt provided from the company that cleaned it. The worse part was that he was nice to our faces before we left and said thank you for being such good renters--then he just kept the entire deposit for no valid reason. I've never had to clean a car when dropped off with a major carrier. Renting from people like Sonny make it so most people prefer to use the big companies, so these things don't happen. We will NEVER do business with Sonny and his company again!
