I recently made my first purchase with Padstow Food Service Distributors and I'm so happy to have found them. I placed my order Monday morning and it arrived on Tuesday before midday which was wonderful to see how efficient and prompt they are in getting an order to their customer. The delivery driver was friendly and polite when handing over my order and I found everything to be packed securely and easy to carry. I purchased corn jacks, chicken & corn rolls and pizza roundas which have been favourites since school days but unable to buy anywhere else. The prices were also amazing for the quantity you receive. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely continue to buy from them again.

Great customer service, quick & friendly communication via email, website was user friendly.
There was an issue with the items initially and after sending them an email with photos, they sent me replacements with extra items very quickly. They are accountable, friendly and quick to respond to emails - qualities which are hard to find these days. Will be ordering with them again. Also, how cute are these mini jars of Vegemite and Australian honey- they make great (Christmas hampers) gifts for Aussies overseas. Thanks Padstow team!

I don't know where I have been and why it has taken me this long to find this place.
I had ordered the plan cakes and cupcakes and they were beautiful. So much cheaper to buy all your supply's for a cake all the way down to the box. Diffenetly will be buying from Padstow Food Service Distributions again.
