We had a single overnight stay as a family of 4 with young kids. We had requested a cot on arrival as we were arriving at 11pm. Cot was not in room. Then when we tired to order from the 24 hour room service the app said orders closed and I had to go down to the lobby to order with the staff. The room service menu only had a very small selection of options and most were packaged food.

The room was dirty. There were hairs in the shower / bathtub and there was toothpaste residue in the sink and on the tap.

The staff were friendly and helpful however we will not stay at this location again.

Great location. Bad service, unclean/broken rooms.

Walking into the rooms it immediately felt dated. You look around and everything looks cheap. The stained and faded carpets give off a dirty room vibe.

Hotel failed to tell us their shuttle service costed money until we got off at the hotel, on the phone the hotel made it sound like a complimentary service (it's operated by a third party which has a 2-star review on google, they should really stop using them).

The sink in the room was clogged, gunk gushes out when water goes into the sink, disgusting.

Service was incredibly slow and sometimes they forgot on multiple occasions. Had to go remind them physically in the lobby or make repeated phone calls.

We persisted and ask for a room swap which after some kerfuffle was finally approved. The Indian concierge could frankly do better at customer service. Seeing us having to try and move lots of luggage out of the room to change to rooms, he handed us a new key card with one hand still talking on his phone and bugged off leaving us struggling, didn't even say a word. A simple "sorry for the inconvenience" would be basic customer service.

Arrived new room...powerpoint x 2 broken. Really shows it's age this place.

Arrived at hotel d about 11pm, didn't manage to settle in a room till 11:45pm.

Do not stay here.

Comfy beds and pillows, restaurant was good for breakfast. Had drinks & bar menu for dinner. Kids pizza really small, doesn’t suit older 10-12yrs kids. |Pool and gym is great (awesome view), but in the residential unit building across from hotel building. |Reception staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Are to be commended with pool access and taxi assistance. Short stroll to Woolies or Bottle shop, shuttle or taxi needed to get back to airport. Not quite walking distance. |Great stay.

Easy check in, warm welcome upon room arrival with cards and cake. Thoughtful service at dinner and breakfast. I enjoyed the Brekky options.
Work paid for the stay, so unable to establish value for money, however, I would consider it an option for myself if competitively priced.

Its a short (15-20min) easy walk to the hotel from the airport even with luggage. Rooms are a good size, comfortable. Reception can get overly busy at times, but staff are friendly.

We usual love this hotel. Great rooms. Great service (not so great room service) and we stay several nights a year. This time was different. There was construction near our room that had us awake very early. No one told us about the construction on check in and if I knew we would have asked for a room in a different location. It was a terrible night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the international terminal. The facilities are adequate for a one night stay before flying away overseas. The rooms are spacious. |The double glazing of the windows ensures a quiet night sleep. The hotel is well maintained. The staff are helpful and prompt. Transfer to and from the airport terminals is easy and smooth

We travelled as a family of 4 to Sydney for a 2 night stay. We didnt access the airport, although majority of people staying were accessing the airport for flights.
Our room was extremely affordable and just what we needed. We accessed the pool for our 9 and 11 year old children to have a swim. The location of the hotel was excellent with nearby public transport available, a spacious play area including a well maintained park, close by to supermarket and restaurants.
Being an Accor member we ate buffet breakfast which was nice.
I have to complement the staff that were working. I loved that there was a variety of nationalities, and any request was met with a smile and prompt service.

We will definitely be back to stay again.
