Wouldn't hesitate to give 5 star rating. One of the smoothest experience dealing with travel agents. I purchased a JR PASS online late night and requested pick up from the Market St office. Was able to call the next morning to confirm pick up was possible.

Great for last minute order as you can rock up and get your exchange order straight away (still recommend to order in advance)

I applied for JR pass through this agency last minute before my flight.

Cheapest JR pass online and professional Japanese service that is courteous, efficient and thoughtful. I received my JR pass two days after I ordered online just using their standard registered post!
