Very bad customer service. My cellphone app was offline and couldn't pay. So I drove home fetched my card and back just under 10 min. Indian guy refused for me to swipe my rewards card even after using my card than my cellphone app. Told me he'd call the police when it was honesty a technical glitch. Anyways glad I could just pay my bill and bounce.

I went to this Caltex Illawarra road today around 5:55pm 5/9/21I was so upset the the way the cashier man served me. He was so focused on looking the phone. He didn’t even look at me for a sec. i came to say hello to him. He didn’t reply me anything and asked me which number. I answered him then he keep looking and typing on his phone. He didn’t even ask that i will pay cash or card. Then i told him that i can not pay. He looked upset and asked me louder “ what are you doing?” I was upset then tell him. “I can not pay, i do not even scan my Woolworths card, how can i pay when you always look and play with your phone”. He did not say sorry or anything. Just did something so i can make payment without saying anything. It was so rude I always go this Caltex every 2 weeks, but i now do not think i will come back there again.

Very bad customer service at 11.50pm i was kicked out and told i had to come at the night window but there was another Indian couple walking around the store. The door was open and I went in but then he wanted me to leave. I didn't argue I'd rather my purchases be done at 7/11.

The petrol station is conveniently located along the Princes Highway. It's easy to get inside the pump while you are back from work. Although the holding up area is small and you might not have space to park if you are not filling the tank.

The Air Pump is not maintained and you will find the nozzle broken.

Also the store does not have good stock of things.

Watch out what they are charging you!!!
Went to pay the counter person ask which pumper and even read out my rego and still select the next pumper which is triple of what I need to pay.
Lucky I know what I’m supposed to be paying.
Very dodgy, maybe he knows the actual driver for that more expensive pump.

Don't go here! Atrocious service and behaviour. Staff tried to refuse to accept our StarCard and my wife had to take a photo of the sign on their own fuel bowser that says StarCard Welcome here and show it to them. Even then they tried to refuse to take it. We will not be back.

Worst petrol station i have ever seen in australia so undecent behaviour with customer. There was a south asian girl inside the store dont know how to deal with customer need to give more proper tarining before hiring for the job.
