We stayed here for a night pre international flight the next morning. Room was nice enough. We had the business class room which was fairly spacious, sparse, but nicely appointed. My guess is the hotel is a few years old. There are some signs of maintenance in terms of small details in appearance of the place, but everything was functional. Relatively short walk (15 mins) from Mascot station where we arrived by train, and the pathway is flat to enable pulling of luggage - though a little bit of a hill in the middle. Save on airport transfers and walk 15min to domestic terminal and then catch a train (runs frequently) to international (under $8 pp at time of writing). Hotel has some eating options that are adequate if you don't fancy venturing out. The rooftop bar with full view of the airport is nice for a quiet drink - but as it's an airport hotel there aren't DJs or anything like that, but you can relax and have a meal. We walked into Mascot for dinner and picked up some breakfast snacks at the Woolworths ahead of our early departure. You could also opt to eat at the airport or the Mcdonalds or KFC. Some rooms have an impressive view too. Reception is on the rooftop - I guess it helps reduce staffing costs.

The rooms are really comfortable, big comfortable bed, great shower. Unfortunately the TV did not work at all and I specifically booked here to relax and watch Netflix. The solution was to provide two free drink vouchers which are for beer, wine or soft drink. Not really helpful and did not use them. Check in was confusing as you get the lift to to the top floor to check in and parking out front while you do so is limited. It was good for a night before flying out.

My second stay here. Both times the service was impeccable. Staff so friendly and helpful. I’ve been bumped up to a premium room - which was a wonderful surprise. Oh and early check in! I’m having great luck. Location good if you don’t mind a bit of walking to mascot centre.

Wanted to be near the airport but still wanted it quiet. This hotel checked both boxes. Only food service was grab and go but I knew that when we made the reservation so no surprise. Surprisingly, it was pretty good. Room decor was clean and modern. Service was very good; staff well trained and friendly. All in all, good experience.

I have been there for a week during my business visit to Sydney. Rooms are clean and comfortable to stay. I chose this it near to the Sydney airport. Reception and room service are done well. Also, the restaurant near the reception counter is quiet and clam to have the foods. Also, there are having self service at restaurant.
As my experience, I recommend Citadines Connect is a better place to stay..

Terrible service. When I came back at nearly midnight they still hadn't serviced or made up my room or change the towels.

Penny pinching policies. Theybalos increased their airport bus transfer service by 50% yet it's 1km away. So unreasonable and other providers charge 10.

Rooms are small and housekeeping is very poor and non existent.

Bathrooms are small and no water. No bathrobes, no hand towels, no slippers, no dental kits provided.

The rooftop area has good views over the airport.

Prices for what you get are expensive

Great hotel for a close stay to the domestic terminal. Walk is nice and flat, and well pathed so your suitcases won't be an issue.

Lobby on the top floor had a great view of the airport - killed some time waiting to check in watching the planes land and take off.

You can walk to the Mascot train station, which will get you to central in no time.

Rooms are basic yes, but have super comfy beds and everything you'd need for a quick layover. Nice and clean too.

Excellent hotel. Very Comfortable beds , tea coffee making facilities, room safe , two racks for suitcases, a few clothes hangers . Nice bathroom with shower ( rain head) , toilet, basin. Iron and ironing board . |We had a view of the airport from our room (4th floor) |On arrival You need to go to the top floor for Reception and what a view to go with it ! ||Bar and eat and heat food avail 24 hrs.||No restaurant . You just pick a meal from the selection (Butter Chicken was tasty) , pay and then you heat in a microwave . Paninis, pancakes , toast etc available at a charge and you cook .|Super easy and tasty .||Bar facilities and cafe coffees available by a friendly staff member .||Have a drink/cocktail watching the airport or you can go to the city view side where there is an outdoor patio area with views to city along with a gas fire . ||Plenty of 3 pin plugs and usb ports in the bar /lounge area .||A shuttle service is avail to the domestic and international airports . A$15pp one way . Start at 0500hrs (operated by a private operator) . To be pre booked and prepaid via reception . ||Love this hotel and will be back. Highly recommend . ||Cost was A$186 approx. Compared with downtown Sydney which has got expensive . We got an Uber from our downtown Hotel to here and it was approx A$44 (Tesla) but this will vary depending on time of day !! . Worked out cheaper for us than the shuttles and trains .
