We have known Simar for nearly 10 years now. Our case is not an easy case we should say. We came to Australia as a falimly on a student visa with two kids, now we have five kids. We did want to go back to the country, we seen Australia is beautiful country to raise families. Long story short we overstay our visa. While we were looking for a lawyer to represent us to the AAT on the very next day for our case we approach Hermis&Associates office and Simar welcome us with open arms and represent us at the AAT. From the AAT to our Ministerial Interventions, he guide us along the way. In between he applied for citizenship for my 2 kids who turns 10 years old and it only took 1 week for it. Nearly 2 years ago, the Border Force took my husband to the Immigration Detention Centre because his bridging visa was denied because of his character. In between these time, we still keep on contact with Simar, helping and guiding us with writing letters to the Minister and applying for our bridging visa for every 3 months.
In November last year, the Minister granted us Visitors visa so that we can apply for Parent Visa onshore. For over 10 years in Bridging visa E we finally granted a different visa. My husband on the other hand, got released from the Detention Centre in December. Nevertheless we lodged our Parent Visa and all thanks goes to Simar and his team for helping our family.
