It's convenient for me that the Post shop opens 8am weekdays and on Saturdays. The staff have been so helpful with my small business, nothing is a hassle. Very friendly, even the courier guy who picks up the parcels has waited so my urgent packages goes quickly. That's service! Hard to find these days.

Always a lovely experience at this post office! The owner is always there with a smile on her face and happy to help and her staff are always so helpful! The owner makes an effort to remember your name and make it a customised experience! Can’t imagine going anywhere else, highly recommend!

I have never frequented a post office as much as I do Bardwell Park LPO and even though there are times I have 10+ parcels arrive there per week, the wonderful owners and staff never make me feel like I am a nuisance for sending my parcels there. They all know me and go straight for my parcels as I walk in and always greet me with a smile and friendly conversation. Sometimes I’ve got Mr 3yo and 8mo in tow, and they bring out my parcels to my car without me even asking. 🩷

The owner Harita is absolutely amazing! I come here for my business and she is always friendly and kind. Save time, effortless and cost affective. I was in the Post Office today. I drive pass daily and what a difference a friendly staff can make my experience smooth, even came out from behind the counter to point out the most suitable box I needed for my postage, pointing out the cheapest way of doing so. I was in and out very quick on my way to work. Thank you, and I will definitely be visiting your store again. This professional service is hard to find these days.

I had not visited this post office until this morning to pick up a massive parcel that was dropped off here instead of my usual LPO. The owner was super friendly who helped me find parking in front of the shop and offered to bring the 15kg parcel to my car boot. The 8am open hour brings so much convenience so I could pick up my parcel on my way to work. A great example on how local businesses could help the community!
