I can't thank Celebrating enough for their incredible service! We needed a backdrop at the last minute for my daughter's presentation for Max Potential, where she was raising funds for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation through book donations and stalls.

Buddy and Sayde went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect backdrop that truly captured the spirit of the event. Their professionalism and attention to detail were next level, making the whole experience stress-free. The final product was just perfect and added so much to the presentation.

used this service for balloons initially for a birthday, but also found out that they are also a supplier for other function decorations, such as flowers, candles, etc. the owner was extremely kind and provided us recommendations for what to hire, but also colour combinations to create an aesthetic atmosphere for the event! could not recommend more and I’ll be definitely be coming back in the future for my future events 🙂

Horrible customer service!!!

Highly unprofessional and bad customer service!!

I was hoping to swap my unopened item for a similar item of a different size and the man that serve me at the counter was extremely rude and communication skills were very poor and unprofessional!! He shouldn't be facing any customers at all, be careful as this store is not willing to help or give refunds or exchange.

Thank you to the team for our balloon arrangement for my daughter's birthday last week. One happy little girl!! From ordering to delivery and set up, everything was great. The store also has a huge range of party suppliers. I got everything I needed in the one place . Highly recommended.
