Embarking on a cruise with Dreamtime Girl in Sydney Harbour was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all our expectations. The beauty of the harbour, with its iconic skyline and sparkling waters, served as the perfect backdrop for our adventure.

What made our experience truly special was the array of activities available. Swimming, enjoying the sites and Playing on the slide was an absolute blast, bringing out the child in all of us and adding an extra layer of fun to our day.

Additionally, the food provided was nothing short of spectacular – a delicious array of choices that catered to all tastes, leaving us more than satisfied.

Captain Andries, our skipper, was the icing on the cake. His knowledge of the harbour and its history enriched our journey, making it not just a cruise but a learning experience as well. His expertise and warm hospitality ensured that our time on the water was safe, enjoyable, and memorable.

I cannot recommend Dreamtime Girl Charter enough.

My friend hosted his birthday on this boat and It was absolutely amazing! I could not recommend this charter more!! I Will definitely go back for my own birthday. Everyone had the best time, with being served the best food. The skipper was highly professional and super lovely going above and beyond for us. Thank you again for such an awesome time.

We booked the Dreamtime Girl for our corporate Christmas party and this was as far away from the "dream" trip as it could possibly be.
Andries, the captain of the boat, is a living example of people who should never work in the service industry. He was rude, unprofessional and abusive, shouting and threatening me and my colleagues. He did not communicate throughout the trip, nearly leaving our colleague who swam to the beach nearby as a result. We had no idea we were leaving the anchored point as he never informed us, so Andries said I had 5 minutes to get my colleague.
Once we got back (it took less than 5 minutes), Andries exploded and started shouting, swearing and threatening me personally "to take this further", implying physical abuse, while I stood there in shock, asking him to stop. He only stopped when my male colleagues intervened.
A you can see from my review history, I rarely write negative reviews, but this time is an exception as I would hate for anyone to have an experience like this. We called and emailed Boat Hire Sydney (the agency through which we booked the boat) after the trip to raise this issue, but never heard back. Would highly recommend to avoid this boat, its captain Andries and Boat Hire Sydney at any cost. This was 100% the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.

The captain (Andries) was incredible rude, shouting expletives at all the guest's when he was minorly inconvenienced. Definitely does not understand how to conduct himself in front of guests. I would recommend anyone looking at using this service to stay clear away unless they restructure and fire the captain.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this boat charter service. The captain displayed unprofessional behaviour. He used aggressive language and behaved inappropriately towards a female customer. This conduct is unacceptable and made the trip (which he cut short) very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this service.

Cut the cruise short , yelled unnecessarily even when we were offering help and pushed people whilst on the boat. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, disgusting behaviour

- regarding the replied incident, it was a humble mistake after going to the toilet and putting shoes back on for this reason. No excuse for the behaviour following.

Captain of Dreamtime was extremely aggressive, including shouting and physically pushing someone in our party. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable conduct. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
