I really enjoyed my 9 day trip around Taiwan with CBT tour group led by Eric Wang! Eric's considerate nature and keen attention to detail ensured that the needs of every tour member were met. This Taiwan tour was not only valuable in terms of experiences and sights, but it also blessed me with cherished memories that will last a lifetime. We included 2 short tours with CBT in Busan and JeJu Island as part of a recent holiday in South Korea. They also looked after our accommodation for that week and all transfers etc. Everything ran very smoothly and the people, accomodation, and sightseeing were all great. We had a private tour in Busan and our guide, Goh Dongmin, was exceptional! We were so lucky to have such an experienced, passionate guide adapt his plans to suit us in Busan and then share his love for his home town Gyeongju and it’s amazing history. A real highlight of our holiday!

CBT were excellent throughout. They were very assiduous at the Australian end with our passports and presentations. Their tour around China itself was faultless - great guides who knew and loved their cities, really thoughtful schedules and a lot of great meals. The accommodation they organised was always excellent too. Our 'chaperone' for the whole trip; Grant; was particularly good; friendly, on top of everything, flexible, and always went the extra mile.

Our CBT trip along the Silk route in China was spectacular. We saw interesting and varied landscapes as well as beautiful historic shrines and buildings. The hotels were of the highest quality and the guides were both informative and helpful. They looked after us extremely well and couldn't have been more supportive or accommodating. I highly recommend this trip to northern China by CBT Holidays.

14 days in Greece enjoying traditional Greek food and visiting the Acropolis,· Acropolis Museum, Parliament guard change, Temple ruins and the Olympic stadium.
Then lots of castles and churches in Sparta, Kalamata, Messine, Olympia. Both Messine and Olympia are huge archeological sites with some evidence of occupation up to 4000 years ago. Alexander the Great created at least one temple in Olympia.
Then Messolongi, Ioannina and Corfu.
We are walking between 7000 and 13000 steps each day with quite a lot of hilly sites so plenty of exercise.
Scenery is beautiful but very rugged, terrain is very rocky and farms are very small. At Ioannina we had snow covered mountains on two sides, a long valley behind us and the Ionian sea on the other side.
Great trip, I have seen the evidence of history that has always interested me since I first read boyhood interpretations of Greek Mythology at about age 8.
Very friendly private tour group of 15 people plus guide and driver in a 34 seater modern touring bus so lots of space and comfort. The driver is very good and helpful, the guide is exceptionally knowledgeable and an archeologist so we received great detail at each site.
Trip of a lifetime.
