I have been involved with Payroll for 30 years, but it is an ever changing environment. The APA team are awesome at what they do, and are up to date with everything. Whenever I come across anything new, unusual, or needing confirmation, the APA are always on hand with the answer. If you need friendly, knowledgeable payroll advice, the Australian Payroll Association should be the first place you go. I have logged several calls with them (even one I meant to send to our software provider :)), and I've always received quick, clear, no nonsense answers to my questions. Its like an extension to your payroll team when you need answers. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I have always received fantastic support from the APA when I needed it. As a student enrolled with them they were easy to study with and gain feedback from. As a Payroll Manager I relied on them for training in planning a major system overhaul. They were so helpful, even allowing me access to a recording of my training when I asked, free of charge, as I attended the origianl recorded session.
