Are you looking to pay a Strata company to talk down to you and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them? Want someone to tell you that they'll "try" do their job as a "favour" to you? Are you looking for someone to genuinely laugh in your face when you ask them to do their job? Want someone to tell you that it's not their job to manage issues with your property while you pay them to do just that? Want a company who takes 9 months to replace a lightbulb? If you said yes to any of the above then Balmain Ace Body Corporate management is your company!!!!
Are you a woman? Don't worry your little head little lady cos these guys are happy to write you off and ignore you on account of your gender!

Possibly the worst body corp I've had the pain of dealing with. Unfortunately our manager was rude and who's idea of settling a matter is by ignorance or talking you down in an agitated heightened sense of panic before promptly hanging up on you. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman? Or because I'm younger? Our manager has no people skills and there is rarely any two-way communication when dealing with Ace Body Corp.

I can only imagine this company needs to enforce better training for all it’s staff in management, customer service or the like.

The best strata company I have dealt with. Always very quick to reply and very friendly. Efficient at fixing problems that arise and explains what is happening with any maintenance. Highly recommended.
