There was 5 of us so we ordered "trust the chef" menu and it was a generous serving of food. We loved every dish. Dessert was a bit of a let down but it might also be because we were so full. Courses came out slowly and by the end of became almost a 3 hour affair for lunch but we had a lot of fun and a good time. It's a chilled ambience, with delicious food.

Afternoon with my wife. The atmosphere was chilled. Staff were engaging and attentive. Food has improved, and selection is on point. Drinks menu caters for everyone. Enjoyed the afternoon. Recommend for sure.

Love the food and mock tail sensible margarita was very best. There were flies around and disturbing to eat the foods. Also, found a larva on mock-tail when they tried to serve with flower but they gave me another drink which is nice.

I recently dined at St. Alma in Freshwater for my collegues’ birthday , and it was an absolutely delightful experience. This fine dining restaurant offers a remarkable meal at an incredibly affordable price. We chose the chef’s special selection menu for $79 per person, and every dish was simply delicious. The cocktails were exceptionally good, and the bar, along with the entire restaurant’s atmosphere, is stunning. The lovely waitress added to the fantastic experience. If you’re looking for an exceptional dining experience in Freshwater, St. Alma is a must-visit. Everything about it was fabulous, and I will definitely be back!

Honestly, this is the second time my partner and I have tried to like it here as we are locals and would love to love it. We went first when they came to freshie initially and attributed the subpar food service to growing pains you know sometimes when someplace opens it takes a little while to work out the kinks.

That being said I finally convinced my partner to go back. We went last night ordered several drinks each which were all $20 each and not good. The margarita’s ratios were completely off.

The jalapeño margarita tasted super sour and citrusy with no hint of spice. Regular margarita tasted like cordial.

All dishes were served on side plates so they were falling over the edges of the plate in the presentation was so average. I don’t understand why they didn’t serve it on a large plate and make the presentation look nice.

We gave up after entree and main and didn’t even bother with trying dessert or staying any longer.

I honestly don’t want to be overly critical, but if you’re going to a restaurant to spend $200, you really expect a bit more but save your money and take it elsewhere in my opinion.
