Absolutely fantastic place! I had amazing experiences here along with another 20 friends by celebrate fiancé’s 50th. The food was delicious and amazing portions, great value. We had fantastic service and our main waiter ,who was also manager for this shift (18.01.25) was so excellent. He looked after as very well. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely come more often.

Restaurant presents well. Service was great. Fries were disappointing and reminded me of MacDonald Fries. Vegies were awesome but portions were tiny (1.5 carrots when ordering the carrots as a side). My sisters eye fillet was sensation however I ordered the scotch and it was not incredible. I had to send it back to ask for it to be cooked medium as initially requested. The Chef did send it back with more Fries throu. To make up for it they provided dessert on the house.

Average seafood and grill joint in the Harbord Diggers pokies club. The highlight was the fish pie which two of our group had and loved. The ribs were also generous and tasty, but my 'Tagima wagyu' steak was the least marbled steak I've had in a long time, therefore a bit chewy. To be fair it was too cheap to be the real thing. The sides were a bit on the small side and I was surprised the menu was quite short, e.g., no basic fish and chips, perhaps because they only do fries rather than chips.

Service was fair.

Lots of paid underground parking is a plus and plenty of childcare alternatives. You need ID to get in.

This is our go to for ribs and fried chicken. My children (boys) devour them. Lovely atmosphere and service is amazing. A beautiful location. I’m excited to try the 1/2 lobster and $20 steak special!

I had the oysters that were very fresh and served with lemon and mignonette as an entree.

I also enjoyed the rump and roast and the pepper sauce. It was perfectly prepared at medium rare. I would occasionally opt for sweet potato fries prepared with olive oil versus white potato and also a different option of vegetable aside from the coleslaw.

Also they loved the sticky date pudding… would add more vanilla ice cream!

What a great place, service is fantastic and the food is brilliant. First time I went I had the ribs and fried chicken combo, Fantastic!! last few times I toned it down a bit!! Service is really great, with polite, knowledgeable young people who genuinely seem to be pleased to see you!! Top tip, ring the Harbord Diggers and they will come and pick you up in the mini bus, and drop you home afterwards!! 12 out of 10 guys, well done. Went again with some pals, super meal once again and very well served by Zoe!!

Fish pie and prawns with cream were really good! Prawn linguine and cauliflower steak was not bad. Mango creme brûlée and lemon tart were both excellent. Serving time was abit long.
