I've been going to Travelodge Blacktown for about 6 years, with more than 100 stays. The service had deteriorated over that time with the loss of good front desk people. Recently, about 10 days ago, i booked in for 2 nights. part of the deal was a complementary bottle of wine. Never arrived. I was locked out of my room as the batteries had gob=ne flat in the lock. This must have happened in the morning as it it's obvious room service couldn't get in a the room wasn't serviced. (Not reported to management by cleaner obviously). When making this known to desk I was asked if i had requested the room to be cleaned, something I have never had to do. plus she had no knowledge of the complementary bottle of wine. This is not the first time either. I persist for convenience and familiarity otherwise i'd be off somewhere else. but who knows if that would be any better. Covid has been over used as an excuse for far too long and for the most trivial of reasons.

may i know what perfume it used ? I checked in 12th Dec 2023. my first time to be Sydney. I missed it a lot.

Absolutely disgusted. Booked with Travelodge back in March 2022 for this Sept but they sold it to another hotel company and they never informed me that my booking was cancelled. Don't sign up for their emails as they spam you continually
