Pretty toxic way they handle candidates in that requests for feedback are ignored. Further evidence of poor quality recruitment is that they obviously have a significant lack of internal communication. Concurrently to an application, a senior leader in the organisation (Stephen…the owner) reached out on LinkedIn offering a conversation. Whilst there are numerous incredible owner operators in the recruitment landscape, Stephen is certainly not one of these. Their overall reviews are pretty poor and that simply reflects the sub-standard way they choose to treat people.I would strongly recommend avoiding this lacklustre agency. Your career is important so do your research and rather partner with people who are better rated and who treat candidates with the courtesy of a reply when they request feedback.
