I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Away We Go Tours . During a recent school excursion, my daughter's luggage was damaged while in their care, and despite reaching out to inform them, they refused to offer any compensation. Apparently it’s in their terms and conditions signed with the school , basically all care but no responsibility, and advised that I should take it with travel insurance . As it was school excursion we did not have travel insurance, but I still believe that the company should take some responsibility for the damage caused during the trip. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has left us very dissatisfied.
