"We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this beautiful cabin! The moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from air conditioning to keep us cool, to a heated pool for relaxation.

The facilities were top-notch, and we appreciated the attention to detail in providing all the basic amenities. The cabin truly felt like a home away from home.

We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Stayed with my family the faculties for kids were great. But the layout for caravan were horrible. How can u cram people so close together. Have hardly any room to do anything. Staff are very lovely though

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Big4 Tasmania Holiday Parks (Ballina)! The accommodation was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The facilities for kids were fantastic—our children had a blast! The pool area was a real highlight for us, with both the pool and the hot spa being incredibly relaxing. We’d highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway.

Clean, modern, quiet, 10 minutes from a beach, great location to drive up to Lennox heads or Byron Bay, or just chill out at the pool. Really friendly staff and excellent facilities.

A powered van site over the busy holiday weekend. This park is an off the radar gem. Clean and excellent amenities block, shady landscaped surroundings. The park is a credit to the whole team. A nice vibe with lots of families and happy kids. A good midway base Ballina or Lennox, walking or cycling , otherwise a short car trip to either.

Service was lovely. The receptionist was charming professional and very accommodating. The cabin was very small and had strange smell. Couch not very clean or decent quality. Games room under Reno but I was notified of this in advance

We arrived after hours when it was dark. (Sept 14) Text from Park had said to collect check-in kit from safe, for which a code was provided. Text also said there would be instructions on the boom gate code in the kit. We collected the kit from the safe OK, but couldn’t read the site map in the dark and missed the bit where it said tourism site visitors didn’t need a code to get through the boom gate and could just use the fob on the keyring. We couldn't work out how to get in. Finally got through in the wake of another vehicle. The cabin number - 10 - was written on the site map way up in the corner where the residential sites were. As a result we went to residential site 10, not tourist site 10, and naturally the key wouldn’t open the door. We had to call for help three times on the emergency number to find the right cabin and also to sort out the boom gate business. This took about half an hour. The location of the tourist cabin should have been circled on the map, not just written randomly up near the wrong site.. But the emergency helper on duty was very pleasant and patient and helpful, and the cabin was very comfortable.

we stayed for one night just before Christmas. the park is lovely and the bathrooms are super clean and well maintained. we enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed a bit longer. thank you.
