Our stay at the Ramada Hotel Ballina was fantastic! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the views were absolutely stunning—perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The service was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Another big bonus was the location, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away.

Highly recommend the Ramada Ballina for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

It is a very ideal location with romantic and quite ambience all around. Water front with loads of dining options all around. Rooms were tidy, linens were clean, bathrooms were clean, and the view from the balcony was outstanding. Overall, it's worth staying at Ramada. Plenty of Parking (2 floors), a reasonable Gym and Cafe within the hotel.
The only thing that needs improvement was time to check in. I was calling them from early morning to request "if" they can arrange an early check in for me only by an hour or half an hour, but they did not help, though arranged me the room even 15min late than the actual check in time.....

Fantastic, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable suite. Great location, beautiful view. Salt bush bar and grill had excellent service and the food was good value for money. The only thing was the queen bed, there needs to be a king in such a nice suite, it was a comfortable bed just not big enough. Over all our 5 days was fantastic

This was such a beautiful experience overall. was super convenient to all the nearby shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and most importantly the waterside location offered amazing views.|Good gym ( well equipped and clean) and pool. Pool was always kept warm and we spent a lot of time there. Staff at reception were very welcome and always greeted us with smiles. |We look forward to staying again.

Rooms are generally good, though some are a little dated. Be careful using the App, the room desciptions are not great, I ended up with 3 weeks of bookings for the wrong room, I wanted an apartment style room and ended up with Hotel Room at the same price. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed on the 4th floor, with a view of the river, spa room not all that big. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The problem we had was with insects, it was obvious the pest exterminators had not attended for a while. First night when turning back the bed we found a live cockroach showed the girl on reception a photo I was asked to email to management, which I did. Followed up twice clearly they were not interested in discussing the matter. The balcony we shared with spiders, if you have arachnophobia not the place for you.

The hotel is in a great location. Situated right on the river. The main street with lots of shops is in easy walking distance.|The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service was not wonderful. I was left with dirty glasses two days in a row and the bin in the bathroom wasn’t emptied during my stay.

Nice spacious and we'll kept rooms , good pool and location.
Only downside i personally felt was the bath is only connected to the master suite , would be ideal if it was connected to both rooms .
