95% of the time I need to go to the post office I go to Lurnea. AVOID Casula!
There are times where the older couple could be a little more customer friendly.
The mid/late 30’s man and woman are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!

I’ve sent numerous packages from Lurnea, never had an issue. Recently sent a package to Canada from Lurnea and it’s arrived. Tried Casula as I was in the mall and it was a couple of hours later and Casula has lost 2 packages. Regretting not sending from Lurnea.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to pick up packages but had only one mail box receipt with me. The older lady handed me the package. I politely asked her to check the shelves for more under my name as I knew there would be. She told me no and to come back later. I explained that would be very inconvenient and to please just check. I ended up having 2 more packages to be picked up! Lazy and incompetent staff with a serious language barrier.

Went there a second time. The older Asian man is unstable, rude and disrespectful and comes across lazy. The place should be newly managed, it's a complete joke.

I dropped my package 📦 asking for receipt for my package, EVERY TIME ASAIN STUFF DONT WANT TO PRVIDE RECEIPT FOR YOUR PACKAGE 📦 UNBELIEVABLE RUDE STUFF. rude and disrespectful. The place should HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT .

Nasty staff was screamed at after receiving faulty bag not helpful or willing to have a calm conversation to resolve the issue, instead resorted to unacceptable foul language, time before that telling me how rude I was for asking for a receipt and how I was wasting paper. DO NOT go there. The man is mentally unstable and will snap at anything.

I normally set Lurnea LPO as my post office for my packages to safely go, due to its close location. The staff is friendly and service is exceptional. The parking around the post office can easily get crowded. Other from that, it’s a great place to send and receive letters from.

Very rude staff member, unhelpful and not willing to listen. Quick to jump to conclusions and will not listen to anyone besides himself. I must say my experience with "Post offices" have been great except this one. Customer service went out the window with this place. Id rather drive the extra 5 minutes to get greeted with a smile and helpful staff.

Was there yesterday, couldn’t say my experience was bad, did see the previous reviews prior to visiting, and really surprised me as I couldn’t picture that happening.
I’m Asian and the lady serving me was also Asian so wasn’t able to test racism.
Overall, happy with experience and would definitely go back.
