"I've been going to Snap Fitness - Liverpool for a while now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The gym is well-maintained, with a good variety of equipment that suits all fitness levels. The equipment is new and in great condition, making workouts smooth and enjoyable.

I'll summarise by category:
Cost - Super expensive, I joined when there was no joining fee, the access card was $10, and then paying nearly $40 a week on top
Size - It's a small gym not worth the amount you pay, we chalked it up to everything in Sydney being so much more expensive
Customer Service - Super nice when joining, then barely spoke to us at all. When they say they'll call you before they start charging you again (paused my membership), they won't
PT's - It's a real laugh, calling them PT's. Mine was better than my brothers, wanting to charge $60 a week more but then was never available, and his being $80 a week more and not doing anything

I have now joined a gym in the Illawarra for $10 a week, its 3x the size and even has massage chairs/beds and spray tanning booths if people want to use them

i've joined multiple gyms in the surrounding area, and this one has so far been my favourite experience.
as someone that struggles with gym anxiety, their 'peak hour' isn't as busy as most and other members of the gym are helpful and welcoming. it's always calm and there's plenty of equipment, with new ones coming in often. the little supplement station is also amazing!

Honestly I cannot recommend Snap Fitness enough. I have been a member for two years now and i absolute love it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful - it makes going to the gym an absolute highlight of my day.

I have been a member of other facilities prior and nothing tops Snap Fitness Liverpool. Absolute 10/10 👏 The equipment, community, location and everything else is just top tier. Big shout out to Billy and Bianca for showing up to the gym everyday. I’ve never been a member of a facility that has a staff team care for their members the way they do. Definitely would recommend to anyone interested in signing up somewhere 🙌🏽
