We are absolutely delighted with our Timberline Santos vanity, with Silksurface Whisper bench top, Allure White Gloss basin and Melody mirror with LED.

The after sales team were fantastic. Spoke to Karlton as needed further information on where the LED feed needs to come through the wall, which made the installation easier. We had a warranty claim that was very quickly actioned by Bianca, which helped alleviate our stress 🙏

I cannot rate the quality of products and customer service provided by Timberline highly enough. We ordered our vanity and shaving cabinets through a third party and when they arrived we were exceedingly happy with the quality of the products and the basins but realised that the handles were not what we had expected. Due to personal circumstances it took me a couple of months to query this with the third party and Timberline agreed to replace the drawers without question and at no cost, even though it was clearly not their fault. That level of service exceeds my expectations and ensures not only will I only order Timberline bathroom products in future but I will also recommend them to family and friends with no hesitation. Also, the gentleman who came to replace the drawers, Tim, was fantastic to deal with.

Outstanding service even six years after we put in our new bathrooms. Our mirrors had fretted a little around the edges on our vanities. Although they were well and truly out of warranty, they offered to replace them for us and even sent us a video link to help us attach the new ones. We knew Timberline had a good reputation when we purchased their products but did not expect the outstanding customer help that we received.

I have purchased 2 timberline vanity units & a shaving cabinet through a bathroom supply . I picked them because they are Australian made & looks great . Unfortunately, one of the drawers was chipped with workmen working around the house . Contacted timberline & was able to receive a touch up paint quickly by mail . Thank you , I am very happy with the outcome. Love the beautiful units .

In August 2021 I ordered a Timberline vanity online via Harvey Norman Fyshwick Bathroom and Tiles.
I chose a ceramic top with basin all in one for a neat, clean and streamlined look.
It was a great price and arrived promptly, very solidly packaged. I had excellent correspondence throughout the process. It was beautifully made, a quality product.
Unfortunately after 2 and half years the ceramic basin developed a fine hairline crack. I rang Timberline and spoke with them, hoping for some advice on how to deal with it and whether I should be concerned about it becoming an issue down the track.
Bianca @Timberline CS immediately put my mind at rest and asked for photos as she suspected it to be a fault coming from the tightening of waste/drain outlet and could possibly be covered under my warranty.
I sent pics through and was advised that the vanity top was covered, but any plumbing etc would be at my expense. I was advised that I could chose a different top and basin from their range for replacement and did not have to have an identical replacement. As I was reluctant to risk same thing happening to a solid ceramic top again, I went for a silk surface top with separate semi insert basin.
Bianca sent out some lovely (solid) samples of silk surface product for me to chose a colour. From there on I had a seamless experience with new vanity top and basin being made to my requirements, arriving promptly .....and......even with the basin and mixer holes pre-cut for my plumber to install.
Needless to say I am super impressed, not only with my new top and overall quality, BUT the wonderful and good old fashioned customer service from everyone I spoke with or emailed at TL.

Beware of this company as our experience was not good. First 2 vanity bowls damaged and could not be installed - obviously 🙄
3rd time we managed to get a bowl with no damage and now we have to pay our plumber for a 3rd visit to get a working vanity!
And they have blocked me on FB - seems they didn’t like my messages about their inability to provide undamaged goods. Great business model as the 3 deliveries must be factored into the cost of our order.
I’d say keep your expectations on the low side with this company!

Timberline have been very responsive and helpful to all of our enquires during our ordering process of 2 vanities from 2 different suppliers. They also sent out technical person to properly align the drawers after they were fitted.
I also wanted to compliment the management of Timberline for fostering such a friendly and helpful team.

When we were looking at renovating our bathroom, we looked at many manufacturers of vanities and cabinets. We were told of Timberline and after looking at the quality of the products we went with them.
The vanity and matching cabinet look amazing, the quality is great, and they are made in Australia.
