Celene was incredible to work with. She did a large balloon banner that went across the three large windows outside of our business. It was gorgeous and got TONS of compliments. When ordering I shared with her the color palette and look we wanted and she exceeded our expectations. She was prompt, thorough, communicative and professional.

Incredible! Matched the exact colors our kiddo was hoping to see. Helped walk us through differences in what she offers, and what made sense for us. Helped us load garland in our car (with impending storm) and was just so kind through the entire process. 10/10 and would highly recommend!!!
