Nice quiet location.
We normally get an en-suite site and despite being older, they are clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries (an attention to detail often lacking at other parks).
Nice amenities, pool and camp kitchen.
We like to be close to town so we can walk but limited options in Armidale. This park is only a couple kms from town but no footpaths to walk along which is a bugger.

Really disappointed with this Caravan Park.
Asked for a nice quiet location. As it was New Year’s Eve and ended up squashed between a row of 5 caravans.
Could not understand the logic of this when the park was virtually empty!
Photos of the empty sites and there were loads more!
As in pics beautiful spots with slabs just vacant the entire time of our stay, lovely quiet spots, drive through and all. Empty ones near the toilets!
Games room a filthy dilapidated mess!
Lady in office was rude when we arrived, took 10 minutes on a phone call before serving us, almost ignoring us and no information about the area or anything offered. Obviously very unhappy.
Although our car was hit whilst staying in Armidale and she did offer to look at CTV footage to see if she could help as we only went to local shop and came back once during that time.
Won’t be returning here.

Recently my son and granddaughter stayed for two nights in January while visiting family and were disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin which had a strong smoke smell throughout the cabin. The double bed had fresh linen but the bunk beds sheets smelled and appeared dirty which left my son to sleep on top of the top sheet and cover himself with a blanket from his car. As he left early to return to Sydney he left without notifying the managers.

We booked a cabin for 2 nights so we could attend my graduation from UNE. The cabin was very old, tiny, outdated and hadn’t been cleaned. We brought food to cook a meal but the kitchen items were lacking. There were no bowls, no proper knives, no scissors and only the bare number of plates/cutlery. The cheap coffee provided was just enough for 1 cup for 2 people despite us being with four people for 2 days. Although we stated that we would be coming with two adults and two kids, the kids beds weren’t made and the sheets for the adult bed were dirty. The park itself looked unloved. The jumping pillow was not properly blown up according to the kids. Everything felt like the owners don’t care (anymore).

This is one of the nicest unpowered sites I’ve ever seen at a caravan park, beautiful green lawn, gardens, birds. Very pleasant!
The staff were super friendly, we had no issues at all

Close to town but the facilities are in need of major upgrades. For a Big4 park we were disappointed. The gardens and lawns were overgrown and all the amenities required updating . If it rains most of the caravan sites will become muddy so choose wisely before setting up.

We stayed for one night in a powered site with an ensuite and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Even though we arrived late and I forgot to call ahead, the staff were very accommodating. I received a text with directions to our site and our ensuite key after hours, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The ensuite bathroom was impressively clean and well-appointed, complete with towels, toiletries, and heat lamps. The attention to detail really stood out. Overall, the customer service was exceptional, and we loved our stay. I highly recommend this place!

This place couldn’t have met our needs more perfectly – it was absolutely beautiful and we were trave Ing as a party of eight with my mum, in a wheelchair. That cabin must be the most roomy cabin I have ever stayed in in a van park you could have a really wonderful family holiday here. So many amenities to make you stay easy and you hardly have to bring a thing.!
