Felt odd they take your trip ideas then get back to you rather than do then and there. (Reason for 4☆). But Danielle got back to us in a couple of hours to advise of flight availability which changed our plan. Quotes with options by email by end of the day. Called in following day to ask a few questions and paid deposit. Would use again.

After being very excited about our upcoming trip, it was cancelled by hello world.
We were rushed into choosing an option to the original tour, after making a hasty decision we later decided it was not going to work .
We also lost confidence in them to be able to organise a successful tour, we kept getting last minute requests and changes.
We were promised our deposits back but this never happened.
Made multiple attempts to contact sales rep and management , no one would get back to us, was lied to about not being in office.
We have done several tours and never had to worry about such poor organisation before .
Finally we still did our trip organised through another company with out problem.
