We had the best experience planning and experiencing our wedding with Alicia from Form Over Function. She was so patient when we couldn't make decisions, supportive when pressure was high and ultimately brought so much love and joy to our wedding day she felt like part of our family! Absolutely everyone loved her, and we were constantly told during our wedding how beautiful and perfect everything was, and what an amazing job Alicia had done. Everything ran perfectly, and nothing was amiss the whole wedding (and we had three whole days of festivities - so a huge weekend for Alicia and her team).
It was so perfect that I often wish I could relive the weekend just to bask in it again! Couldn't recommend Alicia any more highly.

Her knowledge and professionalism throughout the months leading up to our wedding was exceptional, especially because of the uncertainty in our choice of floral and decor that we wanted. Communication was always easy and she helped make the wedding day stress free. The bouquets and flowers at the aisle were amazing and more beautiful than what we could've ever expected. Her extra effort, especially coming back the next day and arranging small vases of flowers for all our guests to take home was a lovely touch for our family and friends to be able to remember their part in our special weekend. From our very first phone call Alicia made me feel so at ease and took time out of her day to talk me through all things wedding planning, vendors, flowers, design etc etc. and i was so blown away at how kind and detailed she had been. I spoke to a few florists and it became so clear to me that Alicia and her team were by far the obvious choice. Alicia was so flexible and no task was to difficult, she made our vision come to life and everyone at our wedding thought the florals and reception set up were breathtakingly beautiful, and for that we can’t thank the Form Over Function team enough. Despite a huge storm right before our ceremony and having to run around relocating the beautiful floral arrangements in the rain, Alicia and the team made sure everything was perfect and we truly are so grateful. Would without a doubt recommend Alicia and her team for the best wedding vendor service in a world where it’s not always easy to find vendors who care so deeply about each of their clients. What a joy it was to deal with Alicia. She completely understood what we wanted. Spring, colour, something slightly quirky and great for lunch on the harbour. Her selections of flowers, vases and extras (lemons!) really captured the mood and helped make what was already a special day even more amazing. My guests all agreed!

The flowers were impeccable and the ceremony and reception were set up absolutely perfectly! We relied heavily on Alicia as we lived interstate and she kept us updated every step of the way.

Alicia came highly recommended from a very prominent restaurant so we were expecting her to be well out of our price range - to our amazement she works within our budget. Alicia is Priceless!!

We had the most amazing experience with Alicia at Form over Function for our wedding. This is the second wedding in our family that have had the pleasure of working with Alicia and it was just amazing. The planning was calm and welcoming and collaborative for both my partner and myself. Every detail was thought of and executed and her experience showed at every stage.
The comments from our family and friends were all overwhelming positive from the flowers, to the layout and decor it was just an event that went so smoothly. We would not change a thing and are just so appreciative. Alicia's recommendations for cake, hair, makeup celebrant were spot on. I really had nothing to do but book them which was a huge relief.

I can't speak more highly of Alicia and her team at Form Over Function. From the very beginning of our wedding planning, Alicia's attention to detail and passion for what she does was evident. Not only does Alicia and her team have an eye for creating stunning weddings (I may be biased but the flowers from her team were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen) , but she has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the logistics around planning, bump ins/outs and guest management. We had a challenging venue combined with La Niña rainfall in the lead up to our outdoor marquee wedding and Alicia single handedly navigated through every challenge like a pro and our wedding would not have been what it was without her. We had so many comments from guests about how seamless the day felt. On the day, I was able to relax and enjoy every moment due to this seamless planning. Also Alicia's deep network and great relationships with wedding vendors is worth it's weight in gold. Alicia keeps guests comfort and enjoyment at the centre of everything she does and thinks of every detail. Would highly recommend Form Over Function for your next event!
