We usually love Less, so much so that my husband came there today, about 20 mins away from us to get us lunch and we were really looking forward to it. He came home with the 4 x Crackling Pork Banh Mi Rolls and to start with all the bags of each roll were completely soaked with oil, then when we opened them to start eating we discovered, all 4 were loaded to the brim with the soft, greasy, inedible fat part of the pork! Pictures attached of the amount of fat in each of the 3 rolls we ate as the 4th one was thrown out! The whole roll was dripping in grease! We usually love your food, what has gone wrong? Additionally the service was very slow given it was not run off their feet (which I don’t care as much about) but honestly do better!

To the young girl who assembled the meat on my roll, you are so stingy for putting only 1 piece of the crackling. Always check your food people. If I checked I would’ve walked back in and demanded what I generally came and paid for, a good CRACKLING pork roll. Arriving home to see only 1 piece of small crackling is diabolical. This is to The younger girl probably in her 20s was working with the elder lady today 30th of January. Do better. You know what you were doing when you assembled that.

Long wait for hardly any customers. Rolls aren’t worth the $11. Only Carrot and raw onion for a chicken roll is rubbish and a rip off. Seems to be the same issue with other reviews. Lack of salad in the roll even though I ordered the lot.

Located in the Hoddle Avenue Shops Campbelltown.

Visited on a Sunday at 2.30pm. There were people lining up outside.

Always a Good Sign !!

Had the Classic Pork Banh Mi.

Generously topped with lots of delicious fresh ingredients.

The banh mi tasted good, I am just confused by the lack of pickled radish, cucumber and shallot. There doesn’t seem to be any pate in the pork crackling banh mi either. Perhaps altered for a local palate?

I have previously purchased pork rolls from Le'ss Bakery in Dumaresq Street, this is my first visit to their Hoddle Avenue branch. I arrived there around 11:15 am on a Saturday, it was quite busy, with two customers in the store, and three people waiting outside for their orders to be prepared. Despite this my order was ready after only a few minutes. I got two Crackling Pork Belly Baguettes, when I got home my partner and I ate the rolls, they were fresh and delicious.

Yummy Baguette Pork Roll in town. You must try there pork crackling roll. Staffs are attentive. The store gets busy around lunch with volume of orders. Would definitely recommend this store.

Maybe it lost its quality. It is a bit underwhelming for a banh mi. No coriander, radish, spring onions etc
