Since One Agency began managing rental properties in this area the problems we had as landlords have been substantially less. With a dedicated team of property managers nothing is left to chance.
Beginning with "the selection process" which is the key to matching the tenant to the property future problems are often averted. This is done by the means of advertising online, open house, short listing then informed consideration and comparing those available at the time of letting. Ultimately we (the owners) decide who would be the best fit for our property based on the detailed information collected by the team and their expert advice.
Post letting the "settling in period" is important so the work Lisa and the team do there is not just set and forget but hands on and intuitive, both fulfilling the expectations of the new occupant and anticipating their future needs.
"Ongoing management" of the property is more than just collecting the rent for One Agency. The welfare of the tenant and landlord is continually considered making sure the property is kept in good repair and clean by regular inspections. Housekeeping issues are passed on the the tenant and maintenance issues are addressed quickly by the team in consultation with the owners.
Finally, without Trevor's team of property managers at One Agency we would be unable to keep up with all the changes in the rental market and we thank them for their strong approach.
