The trailer was cheaply knocked together. No washers used for the split pins, no grommets used for the electric cable, earth cable came off after a short time which meant no lights. They use the cheapest jockey wheel on the market. It's rim(!) was bent after the first use. Rust started to appear after a few weeks at several places, even at galvanized areas.
Rude owner!

I bought a trailer and specifically asked if it had electronic brakes (and was informed it did have them), as for the weight it said it could carry this was a legal requirement. I had to take a tyre off and found that the trailer does not in fact have electronic brakes at all rendering the trailer useless. Was flat out lied to.
Trailer was cheaply made
When I initially bought the trailer it had not been wired correctly at all and lights were not working properly. Later found driving light was also not working and had never been wired properly. Not sure how it got passed for rego at all.
I also found there was a fault from manufacture with the suspension .

These guys were very helpful to me on a return trip from Brisbane to Ballarat repairing a damaged trailer wheel quickly. I did have to get some of their work corrected in Melbourne...brake shoe not aligned correctly...but was good enough to travel (otherwise would ne 5 stars)....Fact is they fixed someone else's muck up in a hurry so small error on fitting...they did not price gouge and were helpful. I advise anyone in the area to use these people. They are efficient and competent and price appropriately.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a trailer through these guys and instantly had major issues. Spoke to the owner who was no doubt the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He pretty well told me that sometimes you get duds from China and it’s not his problem. Please think twice before buying a trailer through him.

What an awesome business to deal with. We couldn't flaw them in any way. We had a trailer which needed a new axel and hub, etc, which we use on a daily basis for our business..... messaged them via fb at 6 pm to let them know - they rang us first thing next morning, and by 2 pm that day, it's good to go. Definitely recomend 👌.

Having had to wait a while till I purchased a suitable towing vehicle I am most pleased with this compact trailer which relieves me from carrying Gardening items in rear of Wagon ( No Dynamic Lifter wafting through Aircon lol). Supplied at price quoted and pleased with the additional items like Spare Wheel/Bracket, Wheel Cover & Hitch Security Bracket. Pleased to have good room in Garage to store away from elements. Easily Registered as promised at Service NSW by myself. Trailer is well built/neat for my purposes utilising the Cages that afford good safe carrying of loads/items. Found the Staff good to deal with all-round given I like to deal with locally owned businesses where possible.

STAY AWAY!! the work they did to my trailer broke within a week and then refused to do anything about getting it fixed as we were 2000k away and only response was bring it back and we’ll look at it even though it wasn’t drive-able.
Even though they claim to have a “dealer network” wouldn’t even respond to all emails about helping to get it fixed elsewhere.
Very rude, terrible customer service!

Agreed on a price the week prior for a trailer and business owner Jim increased the price out of nowhere the following week. Jim was also extremely rude. He and his staff lack basic customer service skills.
