Can't argue with the other reviews about service or quality. Bbq sausages are good. Bacon is up there with the best around but can be exceptionally fatty, but it is good for frying an egg the old-fashioned way. The marrow and beef patties can be delicious but inconsistent, and sometimes are gray on the outside, suggesting they've been made for a while. When charging $122 for 4.5kgs total of sausages, bacon, and patties, everything should be top shelf, as this is about $27/kg, average.

The people running this store are absolute gems! They are friendly and polite and go the extra mile. Their produce is wonderfully fresh, and they stock some lovely sausages and pre prepared meats. We travelled from Northern Gold Coast just to visit this butcher, for a reason. The quality meats and gourmet goodies speak for themselves but do you know why they also win awards? The staff are incredible. I asked if they had an ice pack for the long drive. They went over the road to the servo, bought a bag of ice, vacuum sealed it into two ice packs for me and wished me a wonderful day. Too cool ✌️😎😁❄️

Fantastic pork, great range of steaks including wagyu and dry aged, cured meats, deli essentials ready meals and a large range of sausages - plus a lot more. Worth the drive even if you are not in the area.

Best butcher in the country! The team are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The products are all so fresh and delicious with one of the most amazing ranges you will find. Would recommend travelling to try what they have on offer.
