Honestly the most rude,unprofessional team we have dealt with during the many years we have been loyal flight centre customers. First time I went to them,it took them many attempts from me for them to even acknowledge me,after that Naomi seeming reluctant which im not sure if its because of her being racist or purely not wanting to do her job,started chatting with me without a simple greeting,she was abrupt and made me feel rushed. I let go as I thought everyone can have bad days. Today i attended again to basically just make a payment and finalise the quote. After getting her attention she said she she is fully booked and can't see me EVEN FOR A PAYMENT. She asked her other colleague without appologising to me, then the colleague proceeded to ignore me and was also very rude trying to brush us off. I decided to leave and take my money somewhere that they know about customer service. I went back to check Naomi's desk a few times and for the hour i kept checking she was free doing NOTHING. I shall take this to their head office as I would hate to think anyone else would be treated like this and make them feel unwelcome while SPENDING THOUSANDS of dollars.

Had a wonderful experience with Meghan. Went in with an idea of what I needed for a holiday to Mexico and US, but came out amazed at what I hadn’t even thought of. She had expert tips and insights that only a travel agent would know, and didn’t push me to buy anything unnecessary. After having a bad experience a few years ago somewhere else, I was considering just booking everything online. Now I’m so relieved I didn’t. An unexpected illness necessitated several last minute cancellations and rescheduling, some at very short notice.
