We stayed for one night, but we had a comfortable stay. The mattress was very comfortable and according to my son, so was the sofa bed. The room was spacious, even with the Sofa bed in use. The cleanliness is spot on!! I complimented the cleaners the next day, just because I've never seen it this clean!

Another bonus, breakfast is possible (for additional costs) and this is the first motel that we had that has the TV in the perfect settings. Not very important, but as a documentary maker, it's something you notice immediately.

Staff is friendly too. We highly recommend this place.

For a room that is $200 and booked last minute:
It has a double bed, a couch bed (double bed, very soft), and a single bed. It is super clean, comfortable, and has everything you need (cutlery, microwave, fridge, TV, AC, fan, clothes rack, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc.)

It is very close to the grocery stores near by (7min drive or 20min walk).

The owner of this motel is probably one of the nicest we’ve met, and gave us free milk for breakfast.

My mum who usually struggles to sleep said she had one of the best night of sleep ever.

Booked a family room for one night in January 2025. Met with a very welcoming reception staff and was presented with a lovely cool clean and modern room. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Would definitely recommend when staying in Ballina.

I have been travelling with my dog from Port Douglas and staying overnight in expensive accommodation. This place has been the best and up to $100 cheaper per night. Nicole, Erin and crew made myself and my dog feel very welcome. Rooms are clean and very well appointed. Awesome bbq/social area for guests and pets to meet. Breakfast was sensational with eggs from the resident chooks. Cannot wait to visit them again. Thanks so much for a wonderful relaxing stay.

We have stayed here nearly a month, the hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, the cleaning is excellent and the breakfast is fantastic.
The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and a cool little coffee truck down the road. Dog friendly, there is a park over the road and the staff are friendly with the pets.
The air conditioning and hot water work, the room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable. I’d sooner stay here than many other places.
The room is small but everything else makes up for it, walking distance to almost all of Ballina, breakfast, Erin and Nicole and their staff are exceptional, off street parking, too much other good stuff to list.
