Manly Info Center was our first stop when we got off the ferry. It was conveniently located. Nadine and everyone at the center were helpful with free maps, bus info, restaurant ideas, recommendations about the Spit Manly Coastal Walk and fun conversation. We came to Manly because of last minute changes in our itinerary due to weather. We had a fantastic day— a great hike and wonderful meal There was also local art at the center. Take time to stop by:

We popped into the Manly Tourist Information Centre and spoke with Danni who was extremely helpful. Danni provided us with helpful information that made our day trip to Manly easier to navigate. What a warm welcome to Manly.
Due to Danni providing the information it offered us an opportunity to visit somewhere different to our previous visit.

Tash, one of the guides from the centre took a small group of us photographers for a walk around Manly. She told us about the buildings, the history, the stories and she answered questions. She had a great, loud voice which we all heard quite clearly above the traffic and other street noises. She was awesome. The event was terrific.

The staff at the Manly Visitor Information Center are INCREDIBLE!!! They are super friendly, very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. We visit Manly every year so are fairly familiar with the Northern Beaches. But, every year we need assistance with something, and the Manly Visitor Information Center always answers all our questions & provides whatever assistance we need. This is an essential service that is such an asset to the community. Thank you Northern Beaches Council for providing this service. Thank you to the amazing Manly Visitor Information staff.

The Manly visitors centre was crucial to our visit. Not only are the staff kind and helpful but they are also knowledgable about places near and far in Australia. The maps and books they recommended and provided to us gave us the confidence to wander near and far from Manly. Anyone visiting Manly or even from Manly should drop in, it’s not just beaches, though I’m sure they could recommend some also. Thank you from some very grateful Canadians.

We are visiting from the UK and called into the information centre for some local advice. Nadine was extremely helpful and friendly, provided lots of advice and then went out of her way to find some information for us which she printed out and left for us to collect later in the morning. Manly Information Center is well resourced with maps and memorabilia for visitors and locals. On top of which are highly sought after unique souvenirs.

Outside the information Centre are a variety of signs, maps and historical land marks to help anyone looking for a new exploration.

Photographers love this area, as there are people from all walks of life. People from abroad and across Australia, therefore there’s no getting lost in Manly, unless of course you want to.
