First class from start to finish
Simply put this is the best city tour I have ever been on. Monica’s concierge style guiding and expertly selected experiences and extras were just brilliant. From organising extra Broadway shows, a baseball game, art gallery experiences that were on my wish list, to the curated inclusions that I loved like the walking tour of New York, shortcuts through Central Park, shopping excursions, Mt Vernon, and beautiful Philadelphia. Everything went smoothly, Monica knows the cities thoroughly, with shortcuts and efficient timing and transport to ensure you make the most of every moment of your holiday time. The hotels were convenient and luxurious with amazing breakfasts. I had a blast and would not hesitate to go again, not in a New York minute.

In 2022, I experienced Monica’s gift for organising groups of strangers into a fun-filled, perfectly organised Bali experience. I travelled with Monica to Nusa Lembongan, somewhere I had never been, but felt so much confidence in Monica that I brought my Mum along too. She felt so safe and to see her travelling again was joyful. Every aspect was perfectly executed: from our arrivals and departures, to lovely accommodation and smooth travel between locations, to delightful outings and wonderful dinners. Monica is kind, clever and humorous with fantastic communication skills - essential. She knows just how to facilitate a truly enjoyable travel experience, and she is particularly skilled at bringing together very different people into one positive, seamless group. She is always ready to share and her wealth of knowledge on history, culture, and wellbeing, and her local knowledge adds so much to the experience. She is warm, great company, thoroughly responsible, and has great integrity. Her tours are value packed with so many extras - I have travelled a great deal, but Monica has something very unique and special to offer. I urge you to join one of her travel experiences for a life-changing adventure and a deep well of wonderful memories.
