I stopped by this gas station hoping to refuel quickly and grab a few essentials. To my surprise, the fuel prices were much cheaper than I expected, which was a great. I found everything I needed—snacks, drinks, and even some fresh groceries—at prices that felt like a steal. The store was clean, the staff were friendly, and I didn’t feel rushed despite being in a hurry. It’s rare to find a station that combines affordability, convenience, and great service so seamlessly.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about an unfortunate and deceptive experience I had at your station. On [specific date], I visited your gas station and attempted to refuel my vehicle. However, I encountered several issues that left me both confused and concerned.

First, despite the fact that I had filled my tank, it became apparent that no fuel had actually been added to my vehicle. Instead of delivering fuel, the nozzle seemed to emit only smoke, and yet the charging system continued to increase the amount owed. When I inquired about this with the cashier, I was met with an unhelpful response and a refusal to acknowledge any issue or explain what had happened. In addition, I was presented with a sign that claimed there was no fuel available, yet I was still charged, and the cashier insisted that it was not his responsibility to address the problem.

This situation not only left me financially inconvenienced but also raised serious concerns about the honesty and integrity of your business practices. It seems clear that I was deceived into paying for a service that was never provided. Furthermore, your staff's refusal to take accountability and their attempt to deflect responsibility only deepened my frustration.

I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and take immediate action to ensure that such deceptive practices are stopped. Consumers should not be charged for a service that is not delivered, nor should they be treated dismissively when they raise legitimate concerns.

I hope that this matter will be resolved swiftly and that you will take the necessary steps to restore trust in your gas station. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue.

Petrol is usually well priced. No pricing labels in the store and more annoyingly the air pump doesn't work for the past one year. Considering its the only pump in Lugarno, I wish the owner thought more about the community.

Edit: Store pricing issue seemed to be resolved. However, the main pump is still OOO and a hand pump alternative is provided. Bumping from two to four stars.
