As you will see from other reviews, the ground staff, and pilots are all top class.
I add my praise as well.
From start to finish they were courteous, friendly, highly professional, and the aircraft were wonderfully maintained, serviced, and comfortable.
The pilot ensured all seats had the best views of Sydney at various times, changing directions and heights multiple times to provide the most spectacular views.
And what a gloriously spectacular city it is. Nothing beats the views from the air and very few cities on the planet are as gorgeous.
If you’re hesitant, don’t hold back!
You won’t regret it, and even the 20 minute tour feels like an hour as there is so much to take in.
I could not recommend Sydney HeliTours more strongly!

Amazing MUST DO experience in Sydney!

I had such a friendly & warm welcome from Te and Kali, the amazing ground staff on arrival that keep everything running nice and smoothly, making me feel super comfortable and excited for a scenic tour around Sydney.

Very spacious & relaxed waiting room with music, coffee and treats to enjoy while waiting for our flight. Really cool spot to watch other helicopters take off and land from here too!

My pilot Sam was very informative & shared lots of fun facts and knowledge of landmarks around Sydney! Nice smooth ride, enjoying the most breathtaking views of the Sydney opera house and harbor bridge! The most beautiful sight to see the boats sailing around the harbor, other helicopters flying around, and the stunning beaches of the east coast.

Cannot thank the whole team enough for providing such a great service, and making my experience so enjoyable.

Highly recommend using Sydney HeliTours to anyone looking to see Sydney from a different perspective!

I did the 20 min Helitour and very much so enjoyed the trip with captain Sam. I sat in the front seat with a STUNNING view of the city from above. Sam pointed out many places to us and assured us of our safety. This was my first helicopter ride but I felt very safe. All of the staff encountered were very pleasant.

The communication prior to the tour by Kali was also pleasant and efficient. There were some cancellations so I was asked if I would be open to changing my date, which ended up being the day I arrived. It ended up being a great decision since I had the chance to get a sense of direction and distance on day 1. Lincoln, the driver even got me a bit closer to my hotel on the drop off since I had luggage with me. All in all, I would do it again.

The team delivered excellent service for my whole experience with them, not only how communicative Tee was with the follow ups after cancellation due to the bad weather for my original schedule, my rescheduled helicopter ride had to cancel again last minute due to unexpected air control and weather condition, which was beyond their control. At the point, we were offered to get a refund or reschedule. Knowing I really wanted to have the helicopter ride over a refund as it was my last day in Sydney. Tee arranged the van to drop us back to the city center after communicating with us individually, while the team were monitoring. I was so glad to receive a good news from Rory in about an hour and so, they arranged the bus to get me to the place.

My pilot ( sorry, I forgot his name ) gave us a great tour about the city, and I felt safe and excited about the helicopter ride experience with him. It was so nice of him offered to take pictures of us individually in front of the helicopter. 🚁

Thanks again the team for the great service! For those who are considering a helicopter ride experience, I highly recommend them! At the same time, I advise you to reserve 1 or 2 days be available for the ride in case there are unexpected conditions happen. Also, check your email or WhatsApp regularly for the news, confirmation & arrangement with them.

We recently visited Sydney and come across Sydney Helicopter Tours whilst researching exciting things to do, I am so glad we did.

Before we booked and after we booked Kali was extremely helpful, she gave us all the information regarding the flight options, prices, timings and explained all the areas each option would cover and was very friendly too. Sydney HeliTours are extremely professional and kept in regular contact with us beforehand to discuss weather conditions and timings. Unfortunately due to the weather we were unable to do our flight on the day we booked, however again Kali made sure we were rebooked for the next morning before joining our cruise, and it worked out really well as the weather was stunning and we got to fly over Sydney Harbour with our ship sitting in port and get some great aerial views.

Upon arrival at the heliport, we were checked in, weighed, and given a safety briefing before being guided to our helicopter. The only unfortunate thing was that after all the help and communication I had with Kali, I was unable to meet her personally and thank her as it was her day off.

After being given all the information to consider, we opted for a private tour, which was very personal and was spacious and comfortable with full panoramic views.

Our pilot Sam, originally from England, was incredibly knowledgeable and showed us all of the points of interest, including the Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Bondi Beach, Manly Beach, Shelley Beach and Coogi. Sam has a real passion for his job, and it clearly shows in the way he makes his passengers feel comfortable and at ease.

Overall, this tour was a highlight on our trip, and we need to recommend it to anyone looking for alternative views of the beautiful sights of Sydney.

The 30 minute private harbor tour for my fiancé's birthday was absolutely mind blowing! Sam was an amazing pilot and pointed out areas of interest. My 6'-6" finace' was able to sit in front- comfortably- without any issues.
I sat in the back seat but had clear views from all directions- it was absolutely beautiful.

I had an unforgettable experience with Sydney HeliTours—a truly magnificent and unique adventure that I will always cherish. From the moment I clicked “pay,” their team made sure everything was perfect. Unfortunately, there were multiple last-minute cancellations from other guests, which delayed my trip several times. Despite this, Sydney HeliTours did their best to reschedule me, but the same issue kept happening. They offered me a 20-minute flight with a partial refund, but I decided to hold out for the longer tour. It seemed like my patience might pay off, but again, others pulled out at the last moment.

Eventually, they offered me the 20-minute flight with a partial refund if I were to go on September 17th. Seeing it was a recurring issue, I decided to accept the 20-minute option.

And wow—what an incredible experience it was! I couldn’t have been happier. It turned out to be a jackpot decision as I ended up having a private tour because the other two passengers couldn’t make it. The captain was fantastic, making the experience memorable, fun, and enjoyable. It never felt rushed, unlike a tour I did in Victoria in August at the 12 Apostles, which felt quite hurried. This was the opposite—relaxed, high-quality, and thoroughly enjoyable. Even though I didn’t get the 30-minute flight I originally hoped for, I feel like I got more than I bargained for. Whether you choose the 20-minute or the 30-minute tour, you’re guaranteed an experience that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend Sydney HeliTours—I truly can’t praise them enough.

A special mention to their driver, Peter. He was an absolute delight—friendly, engaging, and a genuinely interesting person. From the moment I booked, to the ride to the helipad, to when I returned to my hotel, everything was exceptionally positive. Sydney HeliTours is an experience worth every moment!
