Michele and his team were absolutely amazing! We hired them for our wedding and the menu they prepared was not only delicious but exceeded all expectations. Every single course was phenomenal, and our guests couldn’t stop praising each dish!

On top of that, the team was so friendly and fun to have around—they truly brought great energy and very professional. They set up everything in our kitchen, took care of every detail, and left the space spotless afterward.

I recently booked a private lunch experience with MichelONE for my best friend's bachelorette celebration and let's just say, all the girls left full and satisfied!

Michele was easy to communicate with through the whole process and he was more than helpful in catering to any special dietary needs. Each of the dishes prepared from our chosen menu exceeded our expectations. The team also left the kitchen spotless at the end of the meal - which was a big bonus!

I would happily book Michele again for a future event!

Had a wonderful lunch today prepared by Chef Michele. Everything was so well organized and prepared. The meal ran like clock work. Food was so tasty - I can’t believe food this good was prepared in my kitchen! Michele had a lovely manner, professional and friendly. My friends and I are looking forward to using his services again in the future. I’d highly recommend Michele for any event you may have.

I can’t even…. There are absolutely no words I could put together to match the experience: perhaps; ‘A Taste of Heaven in each and every Dish’. My daughter Mariah and now Son Adrian just this weekend married at the Hunter. They have known Michele for quite a while. A Feast of continual delight and anticipation for the next. From canapés served in courtyard to main meals. Abundance, Quality, Presentation, Freshness, Diversity. As I walked amongst guests overheard numerous times: You’ve got to try this. Not one person left their seat until the dining was over.
The staff interacted effortlessly with guests.
I did not have the opportunity to go speak with Michele myself to offer my gratitude and appreciation for his artistry. Coordinated with the Mediterranean vibe the couple wanted and as many remarked felt as though they were actually in Tuscany.
Our Sincerest Heartfelt Gratitude to MichelONE ~ not an easy feat to pull off having to bring everything to The Hunter.

Michele created and organised a fantastic 3-course meal for our dinner of ten people. We had Gabriel prepare and serve the food. He was very attentive and accommodating to all our requests. All the guests complimented on how delicious the food was and we were all very full by the end of the night! I highly recommend Micheleone for your next event!
