I have been buying and selling real estate since 1995. I interviewed Santos, along with 2 other agents to sell my Petersham property. The main concern was a neighbouring property, fully renovated, sold for the price we were hoping to achieve with our unrenovated property. Santos was the only agent who gave me confidence that he could get this price- and he achieved it! I highly recommend Santos if you are looking for an agent to sell your property.

Santos was not only incredibly thorough and hard-working, but his open and honest communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We had such a disappointing experience renting from Anna Muir and Daniela Azzouni at this agency. Aside from basic incompetence, their behaviour was pretty unscrupulous. We were paying a high rent between homes. Once we moved in we realised the stove, the oven and the dishwasher were all non functioning, as was the gas fireplace. It took six weeks to be able to have cooking facilities with no rent break. Then we were advised that the fireplace was not an ‘inclusion’ despite it being a plumbed fixture and not excluded anywhere. The owner decided to sell the house after our six month lease term, as presumably they could not afford the repairs. At which point these agents tried to have us pay for new carpets and floor sanding. They then suggested we take it up with NCAT and refused to delay the tribunal hearing despite my being in hospital after surgery on the day. All of this was so stressful and wildly unnecessary. The house was in great order and we had already been offered a lease extension when the owner had to sell, so we were in good standing. The way this agency is run and the culture is such that, we would never buy any house they were selling and never recommend anyone rent from them, or even place their rental property with them. They just take zero responsibility across the board. Interesting to note that the owner of this house chose a different agency to sell with. I have a rental property myself and would never treat anyone in such a disgusting manner, especially when high rent is paid upfront and on time. Daniela is in a position of authority and is absolutely dreadful.
Response to below- the exit inspection BY this agent did not mention an odour. We have this in writing. Our professional carpet cleaner did not agree that an odour was present. The carpets were removed by the owner subsequently and seemed to want to have some of their sale
prep paid for by us. This agent simply cannot manage to be truthful. They initially asked us to pay for new carpet and then new floor sanding. It was ridiculous. We had been in the house mere months with a fully house trained dog and the house has a dog door. None of this explains why we had no heating through winter and no cooking facilities for six weeks. Or when the toilet was overflowing when it rained, they wouldn’t get the drains sorted. We were incredibly patient, this agency simple takes zero responsibility for their professional role. They sent accounts that we had already paid for water, repeatedly. The entire dealings with this agency lacks experience and professionalism. I have two rental properties and would never put them with an agency who would treat tenants in this manner. The last time we rented between houses (same small dog) we received the entire bond back immediately. CH is a shocker.

Extremely unprofessional. We were approved for a property, but two days later, someone named Lucy called us to provide more information. We complied and provided everything they asked for, yet they bombarded our current landlord with calls and texts as if people have nothing better to do than answer their phones. Then, despite all this, they rejected our application, citing 'lack of information'—after they had already approved us! This agency is disorganized, inconsistent, and a complete waste of time. Be very careful if you choose to apply through them.
