We attended about a month ago to book a flight/car rental to Europe for a four week holiday in July. We were flexible with arrival airports, but not the dates of travel. The lady who served us mentioned she would need to manually check all the various airports and connections and that we could do that online as well. Hello, news flash, we came to you because you are supposed to be the experts. The prices were exorbitant (yes it is peak season), and the she gave us the impression it was too much of a hassle to check for us and what if other customers came in. I am sorry, but as a paying customer we would anticipate a bit more customer service and effort. We took our business to Flight Centre, where a young lady half her age found us reasonably priced flights and was more than helpful. Your loss!

Wouldn't even give them a 1 star.
Walked in to get some information and stood there waiting for at least 3-4mins before staff turned and looked at me, turning back to their computer and phone call.
