I can highly recommend South West Rocks Divers. Great communication beforehand, very professional team, rental gear in great condition, awesome dives, clean facilities, and an amazing service.
I have been diving for about 15 years around the world and would count this to my top 3. You could say we were lucky to see humpback whales on the way out, heeps of fish and sharks during the dives and dolphins on the way back. But getting a clear and detailed briefing, diving in small groups, and being greated with a hot soup after the dive was definitely not just luck. Thanks to the whole team for this awesome experience!

Spent a highly enjoyable dive weekend at South West Rocks recently - organised by Dive Centre Manly. The South West Rocks Dive Centre team were very professional / organised - best I've come across so far. Boat and gear excellent. Kevin is a great operator and inspires confidence with his very clear pre-dive briefing. I've only done ~50 dives but the first time through Fish Rock Cave was spectacular, probably the best to date. Still smiling remembering approaching the mouth of the cave from inside, with the silhouettes of the slow moving sharks and schools of fish gradually appearing. I only wish my photographic skills were better.

I was absolutely blown away by the service at Southwest Rocks Dive Center. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, communicative and safe. My camera housing was broken, and Pete spent hours trying to help me solve the problem, and even machined a piece of plastic to fix the issue. I'd been trying for months to fix it myself.

The groupings were great, and they separate dive groups by experience. Cody was a great guide, and Kevin and Lilli were super helpful on the boat. Matt was really friendly and the entire team was lovely. The equipment is very well maintained, clean, and organized. And of course the diving was amazing! The team was very honest about conditions and tried to schedule dives on the best day for diving. Free nitrox is also a bonus.

Thank you SO much to this incredibly professional dive team. It was an honor to dive with you.

Honestly one of the best dive experience I've had! The SWR team were all extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They genuinely wanted all of us to have a good time. Pete did a long briefing to explain every detail of what we'll be doing and what to expect. The dive masters Matt and Albert were hilarious and shared some hectic dive stories while we were on the boat. I went as a group of 6 with my regular diving mates and we'd all highly recommend going with these guys and getting a cheeky merch from the dive shop! Stayed with them for 2 nights in the dive shop accom and some of us did 2 days of diving while some did 1.

Highly recommend.

The staff were excellent when I made the booking for the dive trip and the overnight accommodation. We were very happy with our stay and our dives. There’s an IGA store and a pizza place next door so getting dinner was easy.

The conditions weren’t great so we weren’t able to do the deep cave but the diving was excellent anyway. The grey nurse sharks are amazing and we still managed to dive the shallow cave.

The crew were fantastic and we were super happy with our experience. It was well worth the trip from North Queensland.

Amazing shop! One of the best I've ever encountered. I could tell these guys were great when I was checking in, and I was not wrong. Very thorough dive brief. Nice boat. Safety oriented operation. All rental equipment in excellent shape. Very nice and friendly staff and DMs, low ratio of divers per DM. I asked our DM Lily to keep an eye on my brother cause he's a novice diver and while we were underwater I noticed she was paying special attention to him, and stayed close to him when the swell picked up. She also gave him some tips during the surface interval. Amazing dives. 10 out of 10. Can't wait to go back to SWR and dive again.
