Massive shopping centre in the eastern suburbs of Sydney... about 8km south of the CBD. Lots of shops. Something for everyone. Food galore, banks, gift shops, large department stores. Movie cinemas, Lots of parking and car wash on site. Centrelink!! Eastgardens... go there for a good time.

Pretty standard Westfield mall, not really that big compared to other locations. Lots of construction at the moment with the replacement of the escalators. It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk across the whole mall (from the food court to the bus stop at the front). Really hope more renovations to this place in the future for the whole mall as it is definitely showing its age now

I had a very disappointing experience at Palermo Perfumes in Eastgardens. Four days ago, I purchased four perfumes from the store. Today, I decided to use one of them, but after spraying it twice, the spray nozzle broke. I went back to the store to request a replacement.
When I explained what had happened to the salesperson, she responded in a very rude manner, saying that because I had already used the perfume, they couldn’t exchange it. However, I had only managed to spray it once before it broke. I mentioned that I purchased it less than seven days ago and wanted a replacement, but she was dismissive and rude again.
She said she would call the manager, and while she went to the back of the store, I noticed the store’s return and exchange policy displayed on the counter. It clearly stated that if an item was damaged, they would be happy to fix or replace it. That’s all I wanted—I wasn’t asking for a new product, just a repair or replacement for the broken nozzle.
When she returned, she claimed the manager had refused the exchange. I pointed out the policy displayed in front of her, but she rudely said they wouldn’t do anything regardless of the policy. I asked to speak directly to the manager, but she refused and began yelling at me.
Another salesperson eventually intervened and allowed me to speak with the manager, who also seemed unfamiliar with the store’s own policy.
This was a deeply unpleasant experience. The staff were unprofessional and didn’t even know their own store’s rules. I won’t be coming back.

Not too crowded and they have my favourite shops- Kmart, Target, BigW, Reject Shop and etc.

Organised shopping centre (you won’t get lost) and they have good parking spaces too. 👍🏼

The only constant is a broken travelator or escalator. They should have a sign at the entrance to say which one is broken today.

Wifi is very spotty, if you go up or down the escalator then you will need to sign in again. If you walk a third of the length down the centre you will need to sign in again. If you walked inside any of the supermarkets or department stores you will lose reception completely.

Starting a list of broken travelators and lifts. They seem to break at least every 6 months.

It's the best place for shopping and all big brands here.

Plenty of parking, good variety in food court, there is a Coles, Woolworths, Hoyts and most of the chain stores are there including Rebel, Sportcraft etc. There is a Myers, Kmart and Target as well. Easy to navigate shopping centre as it’s one long straight, stores in either side and just 2 levels. Free two hour parking with multiple entrances to the centre.
