I’ll give two stars because Paris make a booking for us and it was so lovely to find out we are finally going to Broome unfortunately after midnight the prices change by $500 and we are not able to pay for the extra $500 . I have 19 million views on Google and I hope that the whole 19 million stay away from Flight Centre after my experience . Thank you Paris from salamander Bay flight Centre so much for letting us down. From MWH

Travelling with another couple and booked with them in the Salamanda Office. Despite the agent creating a sense of urgency to finalise the booking, there was no follow up service. Left phone msgs and an email but there was no response. Called the customer service number, went through the process of pressing various numbers, was left on hold for 5 mins and 27 seconds on three occasions and then advised they could not connect the call. Left a msg three times and to date no one called back. Because I booked in a store, I could not do anything online. Went to Queanbeyan and was greeted by have you got an appointment I said no I didn't know I needed one.I explained my situation and advised I had no tickets but wanted to book my seats and purchase additional baggage but without a ticket with details could not do this. A lovely lady named Christine assisted me. She went to great lengths to ensure that I was happy. This is the first bit of customer service I experienced fro Flight Centre. Thank you Christine

The staff at Flight Centre Salamander Bay were amazing! So helpful in arranging our holiday to Hawaii later this year. We are travelling for the first time with a baby so we’re unsure of the do and donts on flying etc. Kylie was so helpful with providing all the information we needed as well as booking a bassist for our flight and finding baby friendly accommodation for an amazing price! We will 100% go back here to book all dirtier holidays. Thanks girls!

Charmaine went above and beyond to help me organise flights to the UK, it's my first time flying with a baby so I was pretty nervous. Charmaine made sure I had a bassinet and the best flight times possible. Thanks so much! Would highly recommend if you need to book flights atm, especially in today's uncertain climate.

Totally disgusted with flight centre. We booked a $2,400 cruise with carnival cruises through flight centre. The cruise was cancelled by carnival.who offered us 2 options, a 100% refund or the opportunity to book another cruise later with $900 extra on board credit. We decided for the 100% refund. We told flight centre of our decision and were then informed that they would be taking $600 from our refund as a cancellation fee. We argued that we didn't cancel the cruise line did. Told no we would still be charged unless we booked another cruise (took insurance to cover for cancellation for any reason) Still charging us. Will never deal with them again

Kylie and the team helped me book my first trip to Bali with my partner and were so helpful. It really made the trip more enjoyable not having to worry about anything and having it all organised for you! Definitely recommend Flight Centre Salamander Bay and Kylie for all travel needs!
