Avoid at all costs. Took our car there and told them that the sensors were playing up and abs faulty Charged for a diagnostic service and vehicle said nothing was wrong with vehicle . Claimed it was checked, battery terminal was cleaned and abs tested.
We were told we would have to pay 175.00 for the diagnostic hour and if we wanted to bring it back if it happened again it would be 175.00. So drove out and it happened again. Took it to another repairer a week later at unanderra he diagnosed it straight away and repaired it replacing the valve break press and module. Also had the battery replaced by nrma after it had been to Wilson’s. Called nrma and they stated that the terminals had corrosion (which Wilson’s had said they cleaned and nothing wrong)and obviously hadn’t been touched since the last battery was put in 4 years previously. Called Wilson’s for some answers and Kieran has said we paid for the diagnostic hour . So they still charge you for no/ wrong/ incomplete diagnostics.go there at your own peril .

Recently purchased a near new vehicle from albion park Mitsubishi. Car is still covered under 10 year diamond warranty. Car has a faulty head unit which wilsons was aware of at time of sale. Was never disclosed.
They had even already ordered the part. Still not disclosed. Was originally told a 4 week wait. Now approaching 8 weeks still not rectified. Only given the run around. Phoenix was the salesman.

Must be an unlucky one. Bought a car with countless problems. Noone there cares, or helps, no contact, months and months to book into the service center only to get mucked around and parts are not in etc. Get organised you sold me a dream and gave me trash service and a lemon. Latest now is my cars leaking all through the sunroof and cant book in for another month how pathetic considering the other parts still havent been fixed. Avoid this place

Why dose a business like this over kill in labour costs? ($167 P/H), why dose a job take 20 minutes to complete but the mechanics text book says 2 hours, so they charge you for 2 hours instead of 20 minutes. Why dose a business like this want to take advantage of their customers, why dose a business like this over price parts for your vehicle, why dose a business like this choose to LIE bluntly to your face and when someone like me is aware of their betrayal and let's them acknowledge that your aware of their deceits, yet they try to make out your the bad guy because you caught them out. Too think a company like this trains their employees to become scum.

Next time your cars booked in, wait for it to be driven into work shop, then drive by in a hour and see if it's back in the carpark. Never trust this business. This company should be audited. THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE ANY OPPORTUNITY TO RIP YOU OFF.

This is where my car is serviced. It is outstanding. Staff are friendly helpful and polite. Arrived early morning as planning to go to Sydney and lady on the desk efficient and helpful telling me costs and details of what happens. Ended up in Wollongong and get a call just after 12 to say car ready. Headed back to pick up car. Detailed descriptions of service and list of what was done. Nice conversation with same lady, paid the bill and headed home. Couldn't ask for anything better. Brilliant service.

I went in to Wilsons not knowing what I wanted or if I wanted anything at all.
After a minute or two I was greeted by a lovely man by the name of Tom. Toms knowledge of cars really shocked me as he told me things I should consider when buying a car. He was very honest and truthful. ! I ended up leaving with a very confident buy. Thank you to Wilson’s Holden and especially your salesman Tom. I recommend all to deal with Tom in future.
