Rooms are basic but clean with comfortable beds. Our room came with a kitchenette which was very handy. Bathroom has limited bench and shelving for toiletries. Shower has a shower curtain!! There was minimal noise from the highway. It was handy to go to the pub for meals. Food is typical pub fare with a good variety. Our fish was overcooked but most meals were ok. Staff are friendly.

Absolutely amazing. we stayed in the 2 bed apartment last minute booking, and Bottleshop manager was very helpful. Food was great although hubby saw staff using hands and he wouldn't eat there. Kids eat free on Sundays. Priced well and rooms very spacious.

It cant get any better. The rooms are spacious, full of amenities, neat and clean with car parking right outside the door. Its located strategically close to fuel station, restaurants (amazing food truck too) and bar. Definitely coming back soon! Thanks.

We stayed at The Oaks 2 weeks ago to see Fawlty Towers Interactive show. We met friends who live in Albian Park and had a great dinner on the Friday. Then we met up again for the Fawlty Towers Show on Saturday. This was so much fun. Now the staff from check in to food and drink orders were top of their game and polite and professional, Then the room crew that propared our room so well, clean and all things working well. I personally talked to them one morning to convey our appreciation. Well done The Oaks we will come back again.

Wow Amazing find last minute we loved this apartment. 2 nice couches big TV Netflix etc sound bar bass speaker awesome for movies.
Beds super comfy kitchen has it all, 3 air cons and outside seating private area.
Meals good at hotel and mention to bar staff staying at hotel you get members prices.
Bottle shop great deals maccas next door and late night kebab van also Aldi walking distance for supplies.
Well run venue.

Rooms excellent
Bar service is as good as it gets,
Management namely Belinda is completely there for you as a customer,this place is a great hotel and I have a great tip for all reviewers “Never write a review when angry”best to speak to management if there’s ever a problem,speaking to her is my advice with a 10/10 I’m going to go back on our usual weekly menu with our family

Had my favourite the Chicken Parma ..out of 10 it's a 5 ok size, but only half the top had cheese on it , slightly burnt and not a trace of any Neapolitan sauce so very dry and tasteless
