We have shopped there a lot in the past and had good experiences. Today, however, the experience was absolutely disgusting and the person, who claimed to be the owner but we've never seen before, was rude and condescending. He refused to even consider being helpful with a product they had sold with an obvious manufacturing default. Instead he took the easier option of belittling my wife in front of our daughter and accusing us of the damage. Why couldn't he accept the return and leave the decision to the manufacturer? We have spent a lot of money there in the past but after this experience, will not return and make sure we pass on our experience to others.
