I had a great experience shopping at Strand in Kotara, thanks to Alisha’s excellent customer service. She was very helpful in answering all my questions and explained how I could get the best value by purchasing more items. I originally planned to buy just two cabin bags, but with her guidance, I ended up purchasing three cabin bags and three side bags. I have bought multiple items from here. I paid for a guess handbag that the clasp wasn’t aligned and made properly that it doesn’t always close. I didn’t feel like I could go back to talk to them about it as staff don’t care nowadays. I used it for a few months and it just sits in my closet. My receipt isn’t valid to talk to them about an issue about it so no point. Won’t go back. I pay my hard earned money for it to be faulty

Donna and her staff are so wonderful and helpful. They are all willing to make sure that you find exactly what you want. Also as I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks they have gone out of their way to help me. Great job Donna and staff. 🙏♥️

Very disappointed in the dismissive approach by the sales assistant relating to an issue with a suitcase I had recently purchased from another store. Whilst I appreciate the difficulty with the situation, no solutions were provided other than it was not this store's problem. Not good enough. I did have the matter resolved after contacting Strandbag customer service line, the information provided by them could have been provided by the store in the first place and there would not have been this review

Friendly, Knowledgeable staff. Very helpful, excellent prices. Wife Bought a new hand bag and I bought a man bag for carrying books and a digital note pad. Very affordable, fantastic range. Good Covid Protocol. Definitely a worthwhile visit.

Hi this place is okay. Nothing special about this place, staff are Okay I guess, the puduct are way over price. No big any things special brand's or anything like that type of things if you know what I mean. They some nice things tho.
