If you are looking to use the travelex card you should purchase online and pick up at store. We purchased at the store only to find out that if we had purchased online or topped up our card through the app we would have recived a much better rate of about 6%.

Sorry, I don't remember her name but the sales consultant ending in 831 was so patient and helpful. We had no idea what we were doing and she took the time to explain everything so it was all clear. We really appreciate the time she took even though there was a line to make sure we understood. She was efficient once we worked out what we needed and we will 100% be coming back again if we need foreign transactions in the future.

Absolutely horrific service from the lady with the short hair. Been here twice with no issues. The lady before today was a wonderful help and praise to her. But whoever this woman is with the short hair provided the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I was (very rudely) explained why there was difficulty with swapping my currency but that was not the issue. It was the fact of being treated as both a liar and a criminal. In future please remind her that customers are understanding towards circumstances and protocol but to not treat us as though they are garbage on the bottom of your shoe. Thanks

Today I went to Kotara to collect my money card for our upcoming trip. Kim was outstanding with her help and support. Very happy once again with Travelex.
