Excellent motel and great restaurant. ||The room was very spacious and details to comfort first class. Exceptionally clean and the outdoor balcony shaded by the beautiful palms was very pleasant . Decor was a delight. Coffee pod machine, drink trolley with a cocktail shaker and microwave were a lovely addition.||Bed and pillows so comfortable.||The room, although on a main road was quiet. The photos will show how wonderful it is.||It’s only a very short drive to Kotara and John Hunter Hospital. ||The restaurant attached is an absolute delight. Steve and Matt couldn’t have been nicer and the atmosphere and food excellent. The bingo musical game was an added bonus and so much fun. My only regret is that we aren’t locals as we would definitely dine here again.

I would absolutely stay here again. The service is really what made it for me; everyone I met on staff was incredible. They've got good food at the bar & restaurant, so also recommend that. The rooms were clean and well kept, and you really couldn't ask for more (except maybe more carports but that is outside of their control 😄)

I stayed in Cosmo's Motel on the 29/10 for a night and left the following day without my rings. I rang up the service number and the ring was found and posted to me with a registered post. Thank you for the great service, and I will definitely choose this place again next time I am in town.

Fantastic, No fuss, CLEAN, Quiet, very modern bed.
A very nice little motel, not pretending to be 5 star, but everything you want in a motel. It's super clean and quiet.

Stayed for two weeks for work. Convenient location, easy self service check in although communication was a bit tricky without a reception desk. Perfectly serviceable

Broken flickering light, cranky rude staff.
In response to your reply, you're a downright liar.
The flickering light didn't need any warming up , it wasn't a flourescent light but a bulb and was right over my head on the bed.
The parking issue was met with a rude patronising tone about no parking allocations. I'd asked if you could move your car ,not another customers car to a better location.
Your service is poor! And your gas lighting and pretending like nothing even worse! I've upgraded you to one star!

The person I spoke to on Monday 18-November-2024 on the phone was very rude. I requested a 30 mins extension to vacate the room. I requested that I will vacate at 10-30AM instead on 10AM as my kid was sick and took time to wrap up. He very rude and asked us to vacate the room at 10AM. I will never come back to this place and I will let all my friends in Sydney to avoid this motel if visiting Newcastle.

Room is full of tiny bugs and cockroaches.

Come to visit their cafe to get takeaway coffee and lunch. Got caesar salad wrap and this is the best wrap that I’ve ever had. Will definitely comeback and try other menu.
