Absolutely disgraceful. These guys will rip you off the second they can. The prices they charge are well above other competitors and I feel sorry for the people that don’t realise how ripped off they are getting. It should be illegal! They will sweet talk you for the booking and then once they have your money you’re totally forgotten. The owners of this place should be ashamed.

Myself and two friends are going to e=Europe. Spent over $12,000 EACH. Booked in October last year. Trip is still not finalised. Trip was passed onto a manager. Still to this day there is no care of finalising on behalf of this company. They blame you to get more money out of you. Never been so stressed in my life for a 6 week Europe trip which is supposed to be the biggest holiday of our life. We still don't know much of our trip, people keep asking "are you excited" our answer is "no" because of the stress of what this travel agent has put us under.
